Smith And Sons CONSTRUCTION
Sedona & Verde Valley Remodeling + Custom Homes
Who We Are...
Smith and Sons Construction is a locally owned and operated general contractor proudly serving Sedona and the Verde Valley. We specialize in home remodeling and renovations, while also offering custom new home construction for clients who want to build from the ground up.
With higher interest rates slowing new-home demand, more homeowners are choosing to remodel and improve the home they already have. We help clients add space, update kitchens and baths, improve energy efficiency, and increase the value and livability of their existing homes. At the same time, we continue to design and build custom homes that complement the surrounding landscape.
Our focus is on clear communication, quality craftsmanship, and personalized service. Whether you’re planning a remodel, addition, or a new custom home, we keep you informed every step of the way and manage the project from start to finish.
